Penghapusan Akun Pengguna Kauniyah Store

Langkah-langkah untuk Menghapus Akun Anda

Seluruh proses penghapusan akun dilakukan dengan aman di dalam aplikasi Kauniyah Store. Ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

  1. Buka aplikasi Kauniyah Store di perangkat Anda.
  2. Masuk ke menu ‘Profil’.
  3. Cari dan pilih opsi ‘Hapus Akun’.
  4. Anda akan diminta untuk mengisi formulir verifikasi untuk memastikan bahwa Anda adalah pemilik sah akun tersebut. Isi kolom berikut:
    • Alamat Email: Masukkan alamat email yang terdaftar pada akun Anda.
    • Nomor Handphone: Masukkan nomor handphone yang terdaftar pada akun Anda.
  5. Pada kolom konfirmasi, ketik kata hapus (tanpa tanda kutip) untuk mengonfirmasi niat Anda.
  6. Tekan tombol ‘Hapus Akun Saya’.

Konfirmasi Penghapusan

Setelah Anda menyelesaikan langkah-langkah di atas, sistem kami akan secara otomatis memproses permintaan Anda. Anda akan menerima email konfirmasi ke alamat email terdaftar Anda yang memberitahukan bahwa akun Anda telah berhasil dihapus.

Kauniyah Store User Account Deletion

We understand that you may wish to delete your account and its associated data. We respect your decision and have provided an easy way to do so directly from within the Kauniyah Store application.

This page explains the steps you need to follow and what happens when you delete your account.

Before You Proceed

Please note that account deletion is a permanent action. When you delete your account:

  • You will permanently lose access to your Kauniyah Store account.
  • All your personal data stored on our servers, including your name, email address, phone number, and home address, will be permanently deleted.
  • Your order and transaction history will no longer be accessible through the app.
  • This action cannot be undone.

Steps to Delete Your Account

The entire account deletion process is handled securely within the Kauniyah Store application. Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Kauniyah Store application on your device.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Profile’.
  3. Find and select the ‘Delete Account’ option.
  4. You will be asked to fill out a verification form to ensure that you are the legitimate owner of the account. Please fill in the following fields:
    • Email Address: Enter the email address registered to your account.
    • Phone Number: Enter the phone number registered to your account.
  5. In the confirmation field, type the word delete (without quotation marks) to confirm your intent.
  6. Tap the ‘Delete My Account’ button.

Deletion Confirmation

After you complete the steps above, our system will automatically process your request. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address notifying you that your account has been successfully deleted.
